General FAQ's

Once you place your order we will send you a confirmation email.

When we have dispatched your order we will send you an email to notify you that your order has been dispatched. As our gifts are letterbox parcels that do not require a signature they will not have a tracking reference.

If you have set up an account with us you can login and check the status of your order by viewing the ‘order history tab’.

No it’s not! We offer a one off letterbox gift service which is there to be used as and when you need it.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal.

No it won’t. We understand that as this is a gift you do not want the recipient having any idea of the value so the only receipt that will be sent will be to the buyer upon completion of the order.

The best way to get a discount code is to sign up to our newsletter. We have regular promotions throughout the year so if you are signed up to our mailing list you will be notified before they happen. Our newsletter is also full of great articles, hints and tips too. Delivery & Returns FAQ

Please check the lead times of your chosen delivery service first. If your order has not arrived within the specified time please contact us right away and we will be only too pleased to resolve this for you ASAP.

We accept returns of items up to 14 days after they have been delivered. For a full look at our returns policy please go here.

We offer free delivery on all orders placed. Our standard delivery is Royal Mail 1st Class which takes 1-2 business days. Some items will require a signature due to their value or size.

If you place your order before 2pm Monday-Friday we will despatch the same day. All deliveries are Royal Mail 1st Class postage which takes 1-2 business days. If you placed your order at 10am on Monday you should receive the gift on Wednesday at the latest. Please check our delivery page which we update regularly just in case of any delivery notices which will affect timings.

Product FAQ

We offer two sizes in our baby clothing ranges, 0-3 months and 3-6 months. We have a size guide for these which is featured on the product page to ensure you order the correct size.

We carefully fold your gift items and wrap them in beautiful tissue paper so they look their best upon opening. We also add your personal message to the inside of the box lid so as soon as it is opened the recipient can clearly read your message and know who the gift is from.

You can easily add your personal message at checkout. It is restricted to 170 characters which is plenty of space for your message.

Our products are manufactured to strict quality levels with a majority of our ranges being manufactured in the UK. Quality is a very high priority to us.
